What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership, management, openness to employee advancement and opportunities for growth, communication, proper expectations, delivering on promises made, equality, diversity, and inclusion.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The opportunity for career growth and advancement within the company. The company leadership delivering on promises made to the employees. The opportunity for a position that is properly aligned with my past experience, education, and certifications.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They are very simple minded, and they are ultimately "bullies" when it comes to proper interactions related to work and interacting with coworkers. I have felt verbally abused in regards to my permanent disability and being part of the LGBTQ community.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is no leadership, communication, or equality. There is absolutely no adherence to Diversity & Inclusion. I have been verbally abused for my permanent disability and being part of the LGBTQ community. I have never been provided with the promises made to me when I joined the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have an MBA in Marketing, a MS in Management: Project Management, my PMP, and my LSS-GB. I have never been provided the opportunity to deliver upon my past experiences, education, and certifications. The company is truly missing out by not delivering upon the promises made to me when I joined RDC.
