The pay is good, the insurance, although a bit pricy, is also good. The variety of health and wellness options available is excellent.

I love knowing that we are making a difference in the lives of both our consumers and customers and that what I do contributes to that experience.

There has been a serious increase in communication and transparency in the last 18 months. The commitment to live our mission and goals is evident in all that the leadership team communicates and the actions they take.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They clearly communicate our company goals and provide regular updates on our progress. They celebrate our successes but don't avoid discussing opportunities to do better and are quick to change course if results show this is the best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best thing that has happened with our company is the move to have 80% of the employees work a hybrid schedule combining working from home with going into the office. Healthcare is also going to be even more affordable next year.

I feel completely safe to express my ideas and be my genuine self at all times. There has been a commitment made to support all types of people with all kinds of experiences and we are encouraged to reach out to each other to understand and support everyone on our Realtor.com team.

There have been many positive changes over the last two years and a huge effort has been made to make sure that the company creates an inclusive environment in all locations. That matches well with our goal to provide everyone with housing, no matter who they are or what type of housing they want.
