I love everything else except my direct manager. I wish our company would take the time to develop managers because the #1 reason people quit is their manager. My manager lacks all ability to personally connect and lead and it is sad

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I will be celebrating 6 years with the company. i have seen so much growth and transparency in the company trying to make RDC a viable company that others would like to work for. I appreciate David's honest as he has a new CEO walking in the midst of a storm.
