What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture has changed significantly in the past year. Although some of the positive things are lost, the company is trying to bring more positive things in new ways.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No explicit salary range/band for different job levels. The compensation is only salary or STI. No stock options like ESPP or RSU. The HR department and system seem to be disorganized or short-handed, because the HR person doesn't respond and the system shows wrong information.
