They are transparent, open and honest, and communicate the direction of the company. I've never worked for a company who values their employees, from the ground up, the way RDC does.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of it. The benefits start from day one, the financial compensation is outstanding and is a reflection of your work ethic - in other words, you get paid for YOUR work, not the same as someone else who may not work as hard as you do does. And the SWAG is amazing!
