I have volunteered for the store for 8--9, which 4 years of that was working with the older employment through the government grant

satisfaction of all the jobs the manager gives and well achieved
What makes you most happy at work?
meeting customers and meeting their needs and helping the less fortunate to provide their daily essentals and providing furnititure
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
salvation army is only a host, I am working through a older worker employment program with a grant from the government
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the store needs to hire hourly people for 6 days a week, so they would be more in control of the work
What are some of the best things about your team?
the co-workers are from homeless shelters and community service, so are only temporary so they are not experienced but we get things accomplished
