I work a 6-8 hour shift with one other person and get no breaks. I do everything by myself and get shit on by everyone. Everyone is so miserable and treat customer's like crap.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Attitude and scheduling. I feel if we had the people on we could take more orders which means more money less stress and better hours. Also we'd be able to take breaks.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most the coworkers just are so miserable and talk badly of the customer's constantly. No matter how positive I try to be it's hard, and it understandable being that it's only 2 people in the whole store.
