I have worked for a number of similar firms throughout my career. I feel like I'm finally "home". I've really enjoyed my time here and appreciate the opportunities I've been given here.

Director+ Bonus Package is better than other places i have worked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The willingness to jump in and help out on any given task.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able so solve a clients problem. Help them through a difficult situation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take the time to know their employees and have navigated the firms growth well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to mentor junior staff and help them to understand our clients needs and provide quality work, on-time and within budget.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The technical knowledge of the staff is second to none. The OneSWCA mantra is amazing. Everyone seems willing to jump in and help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have listened to the employees and implemented new things to address the concerns brought up. Things like career development and addressing the ever evolving Covid issues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having worked at several other consulting companies, I believe that the compensation package is comparable to what I've seen elsewhere. Being a relatively new employee, though, I still am not sure how the ESOP will affect my compensation package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Team I work with has really bought into the #OneSWCA mantra. We work very well as a region assisting each other with staff and work sharing. We also have some very good technical capabilities which enable us to work on very unique and challenging projects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the best things that I've noticed, especially having worked at other firms, is the communication from the senior leadership at the firm. Our CEO and senior leadership are very approachable and communicate on a regular basis. That was lacking at other companies where I've worked.
