What makes you most happy at work?
Conversations with peers and staff where we collaborate on a task or share our experience and expertise. To be part of a team that builds a really exceptional product is energizing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are actively thinking about and acting on new ways to help our staff and, by extension, our company grow. While big change can take time, leadership is putting employee development at the front of mind and offering opportunities to learn, lead, and advance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We take the time each week to collaborate and share ideas and vision about how to achieve our individual and cumulative goals. Each of my peers is deeply invested in their their work, their clients, and their teams - and it shows. Sharing how we each approach challenges has been invaluable.
