I left my previous company because I felt that they were grinding me down and didn't care about my mental health. On top of that, there was no company culture. I was excited to join SWCA because of the reputation it carries. I've been here for 6 months and the honeymoon phase has not gone away.

We know each others interests even though we are remote. We use Teams chat to keep in touch.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I have teammates and people who really care about me and how much I can handle.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like there are no lines between employee through executive team. All levels are approachable and accessible. This really emphasizes on employees first.
