I am proud to work at SWCA. I think we have an amazing corporate culture that is simultaneously professional and relaxed. We recruit and hire good people, and there is respect at every level among employees. The only thing that bums me out is that the pay is notoriously low and benefits are just ok.

Interacting with my colleagues makes me most happy at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As stated before, mutual respect, humbleness, good communication, relaxed and positive atmosphere, lack of gossip and drama.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lack of snobbishness. I feel comfortable speaking with everyone in the company as equals regardless of status or rank.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Lack of drama and gossip. Mutual respect among everyone. Positive work environement. Everyone is invested in one another, and we are all team players. I love my coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that I am making 10-15k less per year than others at different companies doing my level of work or less, and this is disheartening to me. The reason I stay is because I love my colleagues.
