SWCA – Less than satisfactory. Putting up with abuse from high-earning coworkers and any client is considered part of the job, which leads to burnout and the feeling of a toxic work environment, both of which I experience at this company. Formal complaints go nowhere and bad behavior goes unpunished | Comparably

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Compenastion and recognition for a job well done

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Feeling undervalued and undercompensated does not lend itself to enthusiasm about your job

What are some of the best things about your team?

Communication and trust between people, I consider most of the people I work with friends

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There are numerous ERGs and a lot of parties, though I do feel like if there were less of this type of thing they might pay us better

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The insurance is very bad with insane copays even at the second-to-top tier, which is also very expensive. SWCA is known to pay below-industry standards to CRM people and the titling process seems to have only ingrained this trend further. It is also extremely hard to get a raise.
