Overall it is a great company to work for. The Value and Culture is amazing. A lot of the positions are compensated fairly but there are some that if you are not higher up they are far removed from your day to day process and the pay scale is skewed depending on which office you are in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very good at trying to stay involved with the staff and to keep everyone up to date with what happens in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work well and understand the ins and outs of what we need to do to make our office run. We are all committed to doing great work for the company and our clients.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help our staff to do the great work for our clients. Being able to make their jobs easier and finding ways to make processes more efficient, especially if it save us money.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the innovativeness and how our company is always willing to find ways to improve. They always want to improve the culture even if they may not understand certain aspects. They are always looking for ways to help the community and environment and they love to celebrate our wins as a company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When you are in an hourly position but your hours vary on a daily basis timewise your position should become a salary position or either your hourly wages should reflect as if it were. Others may not understand your job/what you do but that is when your direct manager should go to bat for you.
