I got this job straight out of college, and it's basically a dream come true. It's a good company, with valuable and meaningful work, and you're surrounded by people who are constantly working to improve themselves and the company. To me, it's a best case scenario in the corporate world.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's all-encompassing, no matter who you are, you belong.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am still under my parent's insurance, so I have not fully experienced the compensation package, but I do know that I'm paid fairly, and the ESOP is a huge benefit. The fact that you can also get money for doing annual checkups is very cool.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Recognizing that this is more than a business. Our core value, Gives Back gives us an incredible opportunity to give back to our employees and the communities around us. Whenever anyone within the company is affected by a disaster, the whole company steps in to help.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love a fast-paced day, and I love not knowing what each day is going to be like. Keeps you on your toes. But, I also love the days when I get to take a breath and get my administrative tasks done. I love it all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always there to support you, no matter how busy they are. Our environment is incredibly fast-paced and things can change at the drop of a pin, and every single person on my team is ready and willing to get it done and do it well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that they all see their employees as more than just a means to an end. We are all seen as human beings. Though they have high expectations and really want us to push, they also push for us to take time off and take care of our mental and physical health.
