What is the best part about your compensation package?
MY income and that we are employee owned. The insurance costs are reasonable and I am able to invest in my 401K.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way we are treated by management. The way we care about the company and we all want to do our best to improve any way we can.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is always there for us and is very caring. We trust and support each other. I do feel as we are SWCA One. I feel very connected to my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
SWCA has an excellent management team that is taking SWCA to new levels of success. They are best management team I have ever worked under. They are very approachable, and treat everyone with respect. I am encouraged and my manager makes me feel valued. I have much appreciation for our leaders.
