My pay is adequate, but what I like best is the flexibility that the company provides for work/life balance.

My team knows their strengths, and yet they are humble enough to value mine and to reach out when they need me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think that the leaders here value the company, and as such, try to find ways to show that they value the individuals within the company.
