I love that I am challenged and have room to grow and that I can work on topics I am passionate about with great people. The pace of consulting is very fast, and billing time is very stressful, especially when budgets get tight. This leads to a lot of stress for me.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A lot of what I do is based off of what clients will pay us for for my work, which doesn't include the things I do for the company internally like business development and supervising.

I feel as though I am not being compensated fairly because the projects I work on have small budgets and my pay is held back. I also believe our time off policy leads to burnout. 10 days is nowhere near enough.
