During my time as a Natural Resources Intern, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects focused on different service lines within SWCA. Being exposed to a variety of projects has been beneficial to me understanding the bigger picture of environmental consulting.

Working in the filed with great people who are passionate about their work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
SWCA upholds their company values. Always learning has been one company value that has really stuck out to me. Everyone is happy to share their knowledge and expertise and understands that there is always more to learn.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team has been very supportive during my time at SWCA, they are very welcoming to any questions or concerns I might have. I have also appreciated check-ins with my supervisor to discuss my career goals and create action items of how to achieve those goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have worked on multiple teams at multiple offices, and I can confidently say that everyone I have worked with at this company has a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards their work. This makes me excited to come to work and encourages me to do the best work I can.
