What makes you most happy at work?
Helping our client or my coworkers understand processes that at this point, I have been doing longer than most of my contacts at the client. Essentially sharing institutional knowledge.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate that our leadership team ensures our medical coverage premiums are kept minimal, but I think my favorite part of my benefits has been getting $5,000 to help pay for my graduate degree program.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager sees my passion for sustainability and wants to help me grow into that at SWCA, even if that means losing a key person on her team. She really cares about me, and I'm happy to have her as a friend.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that there is no competition on our team - we respect each other, lean on each other, and truly work as a team. If someone needs to step away, others are there to fill in. I took my maternity leave and was never bothered once - I know many friends who cannot say the same.
