I love how many options there are for care. I definitely didn't have this kind of experience with my previous company's benefits program.
What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly, my coworkers/team. I love my boss and the environment she's created with our team. It really makes a difference in the work that we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how relaxed the environment is at this company. The people feel so real and honest, and I feel encouraged to truly do my best for myself and my team. I love the "open door policy feel" with my coworkers too, especially with the higher ups.
