From interning during my senior year in college to gaining professional experience as a multimedia marketer, I've had an overwhelmingly positive experience during my time at SWCA and hope to continue to grow in my new role.

There have been changes over the years, but they've been for the better. Anyone who leaves the company is likely looking for more $$$. Those who stay are staying for the culture and work/life balance. I'm happy to be at SWCA and look forward to the company's future.

Working on design projects and collaborating with the content marketing and creative teams
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Current salary is below average compared to average market conditions in my area.

Our team's willingness to step in to offer assistance, feedback, and facilitation when necessary.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to do what I love doing and produce without interruption or micromanagement.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being an employee owner definitely stands out to me, although I'm waiting to become vested.

Their ability to listen and implement feedback from employees and engagement surveys and take the feedback and survey results seriously.

Everyone is incredibly friendly, open, and helpful. I've met many folks across the company who I consider friends in real life

Being able to contribute to a variety of projects externally, internally, and for our clients, and continuing to be creative while doing so.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The alignment of the company's values with my own values (the encouragement of giving back, always learning, etc.), ERGs, and SWCA's career development program.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company outlook. Also, the fact that we're contributing to green projects that will have a net positive impact on our environment puts an extra pep in one's step as we work on billable projects!
What are some of the best things about your team?
That anyone is willing to step in at a moment's notice to help. We're encouraged to share, shout out, and lift each other up. We have a team of highly competent people who consistently produce high-quality work.
