Everyone is extremely kind and supportive of each other. We all want each other to succeed, and no one complains about helping.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is so welcoming! It is easy to find a place, and feel like you belong and contribute to a bigger picture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
On top of pay and benefits, I appreciate that there is wellness time, ERG time to connect with others, and time for Gives Back events to connect with the local community.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make themselves available to everyone. You can tell that the "open door" isn't just talk - they really care and encourage feedback and communication for the betterment of the company and the employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy being able to work on things that encourage my own professional growth, and working with incredibly smart and passionate people who genuinely seem to care about the work they are doing.
