What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone, not just managers or PMs, takes the time to thank and recognize others for their work, so everyone feels appreciated. When criticism is given, it is done carefully and kindly with a focus on lifting people up rather than breaking them down.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I think the bonus structure is solid, and I like that its typically broken up into smaller bonuses each year instead of all at once. The ESOP program offers a lot of value, but it would be better if a 401K match was offered alongside that.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are very kind, understanding people that are easy to get along and work with. They do a good job of being "visible" so that the rest of the company can not only get to know them, but also see how their work impacts the larger organization.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

A fully remote model poses may challenges to communication that I don't think SWCA has been able to fully overcome. It has created a lack of cohesiveness and comradery that leaves you feeling like its every man for himself instead of a group of people working together to accomplish a common goal.
