What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is fantastic, best I've had so far as far as ease of use, coverage and the cost is a fair price. I feel I pay the same as previous packages but get better coverage, very happy with it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The interactions, information about the company and being treated as a PERSON, not just a number. Work life balance is HUGE for me and the company allows me to get my work done and be there for my family.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing we are making a different, doing sound science we can confidently back, helping our clients but at the same time, we do not compromise our work to just "make them happy", we stand by the work we do, even if it's not in favor of the client.
