There's nothing wrong per se. It's just how you perceive the "wrongness" in something.

It's not about being "undervalued" or whatsoever, but it's 2022 already and being "undervalued" is an understatement.

I don't have anything to say right now, since it's just nearly a month since I got hired. I'll see to it when the time is right to say something about this "company culture".
