Good for fresh graduates for them to have experience and they are probably the only ones willing to accept such low pay. Leaders would only side with clients and not care much about their employees. Company's reputation is the Renowned BPO that offers the lowest salary.

We help each other and we back each other up especially at the times our leaders/clients are not on our side.

Salary increase. Making our roles clear and they should care about their employees as much as they care about their clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increasing them. I do not think the company is considering the offers of their competitors. The job I am currently doing, in other companies, is paid twice more than what I am receiving here.
