Past 2 years isn't easy. But what makes me resilient is that no manager wasn't able to keep me. But every time I get transferred, I always learn lots of things. Overall, I don't really wanna leave the company yet we still wish higher salary

what's best is that my team is very supportive of me especially my direct reports.

They are the best. And they are the reason why I don't wanna let go of my post as a comms coach anymore
