I experienced to be overworked but underpaid at my previous account. I also experienced to be in a "floating status" which means no work no pay. It was terrible. Now I am grateful to be part of OSL account where I no longer have to worry because they don't have to put me on "floating status".

The compliments I get from my manager, and my colleagues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not the feeling of being undervalued, it is because our tasks are becoming complicated instead of them adding people to do the work. It will make me feel better if they'd provide incentives or at least raise the salary if they don't have the plan to add employee.
