I would not really recommend working at TP aside from the low salary offer there is limited career opportunities for everyone, no constant trainings, seminars to improve your skills, you will be stuck on what you're doing for years.

Constant meetings and communication about reaching certain team goals

Needs to provide seminars for professionalism and proper work ethics
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is limited OT but lots of workload, maybe provide other incentives/allowances for support level, because we are all working and exerting efforts to accomplish our task.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I finish all my task on time, but that is very rare because of the workloads, it is impossible to really out on time, even if you want to because you will not be paid when you extend, you will be questioned when you file it as an OT.
