Doesn't practice discrimination and stereotypes. Everyone has the freedom to express themselves appropriately.

I have no idea at the moment since it wasn't beeing disclosed on our previous discussions.

I've seen no problem so far with my team, because they seem to be friendly and are willing to help each other out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable and at the same time I cam see that they are working with the same goal, which is to equip their employees with the right and exact knowledge for the betterment and productivity of the company.
