Overall experience has been wonderful and i cherish working here. The most important thing here is the work Life balance and my current supervisor who has always been so supportive and have given me the space to work and has the trust on me

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i Feel that we should have fixed compensation structure grade wise. Currently we find lot of variances in compensation being offered to the new joiners vs our existing tenured employees.
