As of now. I am doing good at the company. My co workers are all great and we are doing great on both work and outside life. My Supervisor is really caring and providing me all the knowledge i could use and He is helping me grow in this chosen career

We enjoy our time during our traning.

I am able to learn new things.

The team is friendly, we enjoyed our time.

I cannot tell yet about the package compensation.

The company is very accommodating.

All my coworkers are nice and professionals they help us and teaches us a lot. they are friendly and easy to go with.

My co workers are one of the reason why i am happy at work. but most of it is for my family. i know my salary is not enough with our daily expenses but it is still help me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
as of now, we dont have any benefits. We dont have paid leaves yet. In mu previous company we have these benefits during our first day. All benefits are given to us on our first day. here we need to wait months before we are eligible with our benefits.
