What makes you most happy at work?
meeting my team and helping them learn the market standards.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there are multiple, but we are way behind of what market is at.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i handle two departments (QA and Training) at director grade and am at 20-30% variance from market standards for the salary of Director. i am not even paid well for one department.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Anish Mukker is a great positive energy. I am seeing a change in way org thinks after 13 years of my career at TP. the lines below need to understand that too.
