A very good company with international footprint. The stock price though shows an instability from stakeholders side which is quite concerning. Some moves happened recently with investors visiting premises however the market is not confident due to the several ups/downs on the stock price.

They are hard working and try to develop the business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Multinational culture helps on understanding different perspectives and create a more open minded team providing also positive impact to the society by treating each other equally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The path of compensation is not clear. The responsibility and the hours spent (more than 10 daily) are not translated equally to the compensation. I believe that I should be paid in relation to my responsibility, talent and added value.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have put a lot of job in developing them on understanding how the business work and how to check further growth opportunities in each interaction they make. It is not easy to locate talents and takes a lot of effort and personal invested time to develop and create such a great team as mine.
