I have been working here for over 18 years. I have nothing but gratitude for this company for helping me grow professionally and provide for my family. All those years were filled with challenges and experiences that made me a better individual overall.

My colleagues, the work I do, and the work environment.

The company fosters inclusivity and treats each employee as a family member.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and care about the people they work with. They embody the TP DNA.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get enough amount of time off (leave credit) and I get to convert unused leave credit into monetary benefit.

I am rewarded based on my performance on top of the regular pay that also increases yearly based on performance. Because of this, I am motivated to do my best.

We support each other when needed. We can take vacation at ease because we know our team mates got us covered. We inspire each other to do better and to do what is right.

Employees are engaged and actively participate in non-work related activities. Employees are empowered and provided with support other than work-related matters. We get to showcase our talents, abilities, and interests through various engagement activities, workshops, and trainings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are capable and knowledgeable about their role and responsibilities. They show commitment and genuine care for the company and for the employees. Teleperformance has done well in inculcating the company values to the employees and leaders exemplify these values.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team cares about the welfare of the members. We cover for each other during the days we are on leave so we can fully enjoy our time off. We support each other and provide guidance as needed. We communicate regularly and our superiors provide constructive feedback that would help us improve.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work from home and am supported by reliable tools and resources while working remotely. I also get support and motivation from my leaders and team mates. I get to work on site when needed and get to interact with colleagues face to face. I am treated fairly and am properly compensated.
