My experience at Tp has been very satisfying. I have had the chance to grow and to make good use of my knowledge. I also have had the chance to learn. I am thankful for the opportunity to be part of TP.
What are some of the best things about your team?
What I like the most is that the team is always focused on results and we always try to deliver the best results to the client.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The thing I like the most about the leadership team is that they care about their team, they are always eager to make it grow, and listen to the people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Mentally I do not feel undervalued because I really love what I do. Even though, I feel that I could be better paid. Inflation has been a bit tough lately and I feel that money is not enough.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the company is the constant growth opportunities. I also like the interactions you get with many people that in one way or another might help you grow both at the corporate level and personal level.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me most happy at work is the chance to interact with people and the chance i have to solve day to day work issues that allow me to learn and grow. I also like being useful to the company by sharing my knowledge whenever I can.
