Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have not raised the base for more than 3 years for people who are outside a TP apartment, it is unfair that they adjust the salary of some people when we all do the same job, the salary is not according to the inflation of the country, every day it costs me more to have a better lifestyle.
