So far all the necessities needed by an agent are being provided by the company specially their recreational facilities that helps us agent unwind before or after our shifts

Most of us are engaging specially during training and all of us are helping one another inorder to become better
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way they handle us, eventhough we have different personalities or habits they tend to be able to adapt or adjust wherein no agent will be left behind whole throughout the journey under this company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I guess it would be on how they approach the agent if he or she has done something bad during his or her time working, the way they handle this type of situation amazes me as it shows professionalism
