Well since I'm part of number of individual who is undergoing rigorous training it was engaging and a bit of a challege on my part but atleast I'm growing, grasping for the coveted success. One of my belief is "growing is painful but getting stuck on same paradigm is devastating."

It was well put in place. In short it stand the test of time. I'm not saying the're perfect. There's room for growth, improvement in order to cope the everchanging oppostion and increasing demand for exellence and innovation.

The best thing to describe our team it's diversification. We come on different field of expertise. We are honed and tested by time. As a team we converged to form a single entity to strive for success and driven by our burning desire to adapt and thrive in the ecosystem.
What makes you most happy at work?
First of all, I'm new to this field so everything I encounter and learn is a breeding ground for thoughts and realization. Being an employee it has pros and cons the law of equivalent exchange. So to answer the question is I am glad that I'm part of the teleperformance.
