Satisfying and Im proud to be part of this company however some instances I feel like Im scared of those "what if" some people told me that if you failed the particular assessment there are instances the you cant proceed. Im waited for this job almost a month I cant imagine myself failed.

The benefits, allowance and incentives those are some best compensation package I like in this company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The motivation and inspiration to get that ideal job is not easy like myself I dont have any work experience incline with this job but big thanks to everyone to making it posible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are great just like our first day of training he was able to give us all the details and informtion on what really customer service representative means. Since this was my first time in BPO our leadership team help and motivate us to be more confident when we speak in english.
