Everyone is approachable, friendly and jamming.
What makes you most happy at work?
The salary and compensation hahaha
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mistakes is not being judged but used as a motivation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low offer even though the employee already had an experience in the industry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Well, I don't know them personally but what I can say is that they're doing good since we have a good team leader that I could say they trained him well.
