In my first day, I already made friends. I think it's good that most people in our team is approachable.

I think that the most positive culture and environment of the company is kindness towards workmates especially for those under training. Employees are very much welcome to help in any way they can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like it best when our team lead asks us for our opinion. It shows that we are heard despite our differences in ranking. It also means that we are heard and that our opinion matters.
