It was exciting. Meeting new faces who are also the same as me who have no work experience is fun, knowing the fact that all of us will be learning and become a better version of ourselves.

For me, the amount of learning I gather. Through that learning, I can gain knowledge from which, of course, be acquired through experiences in the work field.

They never let someone be left behind by helping and uplifting everyone to keep going. That's something more than just leadership. That's what a team is all about.

They are fun to be with. I never expected to meet people like them, who have goals and are always ready to learn regardless of each other's situation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The connection between each and every one of us. I consider it as a blessing and is indeed a positive culture and environment because it allows us to work harmoniously.
