And it's not that intimidating to make mistake/s because nobody will judge yet will help you out with your confusions and thoughts. Our Trainor is really fun to be with and my co-workers as well.

I can definitely say Everything. Because I could really feel the genuine care of the Company to their employees.

One thing that I like about the leadership team is that having the thought that everyone will succeed. Completing one goal and work as a strong one Team.

Helping each other, correcting you in a right manner, getting to know more about your co-workers and to learn new things. I believe these are the things that makes me excited and happy at work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are awesome, indeed. They don't let anyone to be behind, they will help you as much as they could. They were very friendly and approaching since day 1 and that's the best thing about my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the Friendly environment and the equal treatment for everyone. It's actually sounds healthy when you get respected not because you have the highest educational attainment or had a great previous job yet they value you as a person and help you grow and discover your potential.
