The company isn't very clear on its priorities and communicating what is going on. Town Halls are interesting but they do not provide enough insight into the priorities and challenges being faced by specific teams. I feel we could do more if we had this information.

Friendly, non judgemental, passionate about customer service and doing things well

They treat individuals with respect and are colour, gender, age blind. They provide flexibility and self determination.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care package is good but I would prefer it included teeth and eyes like my previous employer
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the remit to improve things and make a difference to the profitibaility and employee satisfaction at the company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The 'no blame' culture and the way people take time to say thank you and acknowledge when you go the extra mile for them.
