I was at my lowest point of life when I started to work with TP, this company helped me over come with my personal struggle, financially, mentally and emotionally. TP is always there when I have to face my health issues, in short TP help me survive and grow.

Best thing about the team I am with right now is the camaraderie that we built together as a team and the essence of helping each other out is always present.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how this company value Inclusivity, for me this is the number 1 aspect that a great company should possess, and lastly a friendly environment it is indeed TP is great place to work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am truly grateful in my current compensation however It would perfect if the performance bonus is being calculated differently. Currently it's like all or nothing and for me It encourage more to agent if everyone has a chance instead of ranking basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the most about the leadership we have in our team is that our voice, sentiments and our ideas do matter and are being heard. This is the kind of leadership that every company or every account should have. Under this kind of leadership, I am able to bring out and show the best in me.
