Very bad experience at the start when I did not have access to many crucial IT systems for many months. Better now, but the job is very stressful.

Unrealistic targets. Poor IT. Poor management - specially at fixing long-standing problems - from the client.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their heart is in the right place, but sometimes they seem too concerned with every trendy - but ephemeral - issue.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that many senior people want to be seen to embrace every trendy issue. But what matters to me is unrealistic targets, poor IT management and sometimes poor management from the client.
