not great as i have had to go to a tribunal with tp after death of my mother and has been very stressful and still ongoing

sharing ideas and bouncing off each other and helping each other

i feel for the work we do and the customer service we provide our hourly rate should match other employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the stress and pressures to acheive targets and people like myself has health issues not been deducted money for been ill
