I get job opportunities to apply for, my basic salary comes in full no stories, I am having a good experience except for management and not having to make extra cash e.g Overtime, Incentives, Bonuses... It is really demotivation.

We are together as one and are honest to each other and we respect each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The aircons are very cold, i get sick with flu almost every months. We ask facilities to reduce it but we get ignored. Also, there is a lot that we are prohibited to do at work, e.g we are not allow to have fleece/hot water bottles yet it is very cold, and we cannot even have snacks on the floor.
