It has been a journey. As with all journeys there are good parts and not so good parts. It is how we deal with it that makes it a learning experience and worth while.

We work smart to ensure we meet targets and we help each other out when it is needed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding the low man on the totem pole and working with them to improve the company for everyone so everyone can benefit.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no transparency. Change happens and I agree change is constant but the pace at which it sometimes happens is frightening.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Whether we are promoted internally or are brought in externally, the salary should be the same. External hires get better offers but the people who invested time and and effort in the company does not get these same offers.
